ADAPTER / CHARGER
We keep a selection of international plug adapters at the reception. You can borrow an adapter for a deposit of CHF 20.00.
ALARM CLOCK
You can borrow an alarm clock from reception for a deposit of CHF 20.00.
ANIMALS
Due to hygienic reasons are dogs not allowed at our restaurant Lobhörner however are they welcome in our à la Carte restaurant Pasta&More.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Please vacate your room by 10.00 h on your departure day so that it can be prepared for our incoming guests until 15.00 h. You are allowed to enter the saltwater SPA until 16.00 h. Would you like to extend your stay? According to availability you may stay in your room until 15.00 h for an additional charge of CHF 40.00 per room.
BAR LAUBERHORN
In winter from 15.00 to approx. 24.00 h / in summer from 17.30 to 23.00 h
Please note that the lobby and the veranda are served within the opening hours of the bar.
BATHROOM STOOL
On request we will gladly provide you with a stool for the bathroom.
CLEAN TOWELS
We will gladly change your towels every day. Simply place them in the shower and they will be replaced with fresh towels. If you would prefer to continue using the same towels, please hang them back on the rack. Reusing towels helps to protect the environment.

GAMES
Table football, table tennis, pool tables and a playroom for infants are available in the basement. The cues asell as the table tennis rackets are available at the reception. We have a variety of board games available to borrow at the reception.
INSURANCE
The resort accepts no liability towards its guests for theft, damage to skis and accidents.
LAUNDRY / IRONING SERVICE
You can pick up a laundry bag at reception. Please hang this on your bathroom door together with the completed list. Our cleaning staff will take care of your laundry and return your clean clothes within 24 hours.
LIBRARY
A library is located in the lobby. The books are available free of charge to all our guests.
LUGGAGE DEPOSIT
Guests travelling home can deposit their luggage (no supervision). The key for the luggage room is available at the reception.
LUGGAGE SERVICE
For a fee, guests may use our luggage service to Wengen train station. For further details please ask at reception in advance.
LUGGAGE STAND
On request we will gladly provide you with a luggage stand for your room.
MASSAGE
Appointments can be made at the Wellness front desk aswell as under "Massages". We recommend to book well in advance.
PAYMENT
We recommend to settle your room bill between 19.00 and 21.30 h on the evening prior to departure or from 07.30 h on departure day. We accept payment in cash (CHF and EUR only banknotes), EC-Direct, Postcard, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diners, Twint and 50% Reka Checks.
To simplify the settlement at your day of departure we ask you to sign every bill during your stay.
PILLOWS, DUVETS AND BLANKETS
If you would like a different pillow, an extra blanket, a second duvet or any other bedding, please let the reception know.

RESTAURANT LOBHÖRNER
Breakfast buffet from 07.00 to 10.00 h
Dinner: from 18.00 to 20.30 h
Enjoy a delicious three-course meal at our restaurant Lobhörner. You can choose your meal right there at the table.
RESTAURANT PASTA&MORE
Opening hours: 10.00 to 22.00 h
Hot food served from 11.30 to 21.30 h
Guests with half board can dine à la carte in the restaurant Pasta&More and receive a voucher of CHF 15.00 per person (paying children CHF 10.00). Reservations until 12.00 h at the reception.
Enjoy a cheese or meat fondue at the restaurant Pasta&More. Monday to Thursday, extra charge for guests with half board CHF 15.– / without half board CHF 65.– including salad, fondue and dessert.
ROOM KEY
For your security, we recommend that you pick up your room key before 22.00 h. The main door is locked between 22.00 and 07.00 h. Please take your key with you if you intend returning to the resort after 22.00 h. The lock is on the left hand side outside of the main entrance.
SAFE
You will find a safe for valuables in the wardrobe. Please keep cash, jewellery and any other valuable items in the safe.
SELECTION OF PILLOWS
We offer a range of different pillows to ensure you enjoy a good night’s sleep. Subject to availability. You will find the selection under "Kiosk".
SEWING KIT
You can order a sweing kit under "Kiosk".
SHOE-CLEANING MACHINE
Located in the basement near the lift.
SKI & HIKING BOOT ROOM
A storage room for ski and hiking boots is found in the basement, with direct access to / from Dorfstrasse. A separate keycard is available at the reception, for a deposit of CHF 20.00. Please do not enter the resort premises wearing hiking or ski boots.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in all public areas aswell as rooms. Please use the ashtrays at the main entrance and the entrance to the restaurant Pasta&More.
TELEPHONE
To make a local call, first press 0. To make room to room calls, dial the required room number. You can reach the reception during the opening hours with the reception button. In cases of emergency beyond the opening hours please dial the appropriate emergency number.
TIPS
Tips are included in our prices. However, if you would like to give our personnel an extra tip, please put it in the appropriate box at the reception. The tips will be shared among all employees at the end of the season.

Have you forgotten your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor or any other toiletries? You will find our selection under "Kiosk"
UMBRELLA
You can borrow an umbrella from reception for a deposit of CHF 30.00.
VERANDA
The veranda is a popular meeting point for all ages to play board games or just for a coffee after dinner.

Vouchers of our resort are available at the reception as well as online.
WELLNESS RULES
- The use of all facilities and machines (Wellness&Fitness) is at your own risk
- We cannot take responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings
- The Spa is a quiet area
- Running around the poolside and floors is at your own risk /slippery
- It is not permitted to jump into the pool (deep1.2m) do not dive
- For people with circulatory problems and pregnant women, the solbad 33 ° and Sauna’s are dangerous
- The Sauna area is reserved for guests older than 16 years ander 4 years is forbidden
- Wearing a swimsuit in sauna and steam bath is not prohibited but not recommended
- Children are allowed to use the pool Monday until Sunday from 7:30 – 9.00 / 13:00 – 18:30 (with the parents)
- Every Friday there is kids Spa from 17:00 – 19:00 (with the parents)
- Children under 12 are only allowed to use the wellness aera with a parents or guardian
- the supervision of the children is the responsibility of the parents
- Please shower before using any of the pools
- Please use fitness room only in appropriate sport clothing

Indoor pool with saltwater (33 °C), steam bath, sauna, fitness room and quiet room.
Free admission to spa for resort guests.
Bath towels are provided free of charge at the Wellness front desk. Bath robes and slippers are in your room.
We recommend that the saltwater spa is not used by children under the age of 4 (skin irritation). Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to swim without adult supervision.
The visit in the «clothes-free» area is reserved to persons older than 15 years.
The visit in the fitness room is reserved to persons older than 14 years.
WIFI FOR FREE
Our guests enjoy free WiFi throughout the resort. Please find the login and the password at the door of your room. A guide how to access is available at the reception.
